The order form is a fillable pdf file. When you hit the link, your computer will launch your Acrobat program. (If you do not have Adobe Acrobat
or Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from www.adobe.com. Click on the
'Products' pull down menu and choose 'Acrobat family.' The next page will have a button in the lower right corner called 'Get Acrobat Reader.'
Hit that button and then follow the instructions to load Acrobat Reader) When the form comes up,
you may fill in the blanks on the screen and print it, or you may print the form and fill it out by hand. When you send the form in,
please be sure to include proper payment by check only (we cannot be responsible for cash lost in the mail).
The design fee for a particular show is listed in the text on each show description page.
